UX Agency Portfolio Website – Design Egg

About the project This project was dedicated to developing and creating a website for a design agency using user research based on the data obtained. The goal was to create a scalable, high-quality website for the agency that clearly demonstrates its expertise through its portfolio, builds trust with potential clients through real results, and can be easily adapted for future growth. As part of the project, templates were prepared based on a structured design system for future cases in the Portfolio and articles for the Blog, which accelerated the work while maintaining a strong visual identity and quality user experience.

The challenge

The main challenge was to balance flexibility and consistency. Key challenges included: - Designing a website that feels custom and premium, not “template-like”; - Creating a clear narrative for the agency: services, process, and value proposition; - Building a structure that allows fast updates and content scaling without breaking layout or design; - Implementing advanced Framer features (components, CMS, interactions) while keeping the site easy to maintain.

Process & implementation

The process began with research, analyzing the websites of agencies, design studios, and competitors to identify common patterns, gaps, and opportunities for differentiation. A survey was also conducted among clients to gain clear insights into the principles of choosing an agency for cooperation. Based on the research, I: - Defined the site structure and key user flows (home page, services, portfolio, contacts); - Created a hierarchy of information on the home page that reveals the agency's value and focuses on striking portfolio covers. - Developed reusable components and sections to ensure consistency throughout the website; - Transferred the layout from Figma to Framer, paying special attention to responsiveness, performance, and clear hierarchy; - Implemented CMS collections for the Portfolio, Domains, and Blog sections for content scalability; - Added subtle interactions and animations to improve clarity and engagement without overloading the interface.

Outcome

As a result, the agency received: - A modern, intuitive, and conversion-oriented website created based on real customer insights; - A rapidly scalable site with minimal development costs, thanks to Framer - A focus on real results and successful experiences, which is reflected in metrics for each project - A solid foundation for future iterations, new pages, and experiments. This project demonstrates how design systems, UX thinking, and Framer implementation can work together to create effective, high-quality websites for creative teams.
