Process
Uniqueness
Designing a website that feels custom and premium, not “template-like”;
Information Architecture
Creating a clear narrative for the agency: services, process, and value proposition;
Scalability
Building a structure that allows fast updates and content scaling without breaking layout or design;
Functionality
Implementing advanced Framer features (components, CMS, interactions) while keeping the site easy to maintain.
Process
I started by reviewing the old version of the website, conducting a UX audit and competitor research to identify usability gaps and opportunities for improvement. Then I moved into Figma, creating wireframes and design templates that established a clear content hierarchy and visual consistency. After client approval, I rebuilt everything in Framer, ensuring smooth responsiveness and CMS integration for scalable content (blog and careers section). Throughout the process, I: - Designed and approved layouts for all breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile) - Created custom illustrations to match TrashLab’s brand tone - Implemented advanced animations, including a typewriter effect in the hero section - Integrated CMS for editable content and job postings - Conducted testing and performance review before publishing

Result
The final website is a modern, conversion-focused platform that reflects TrashLab’s innovative approach while maintaining scalability and SEO readiness. It delivers a clean visual identity, fast performance, and a structure ready for future content expansion — perfectly suited for a growing startup in the WasteTech sector. 💰 Price Range: $1,000–$2,500 ⏱ Timeline: 1–3 months
